Power Slam is an independent monthly non-kayfabe wrestling magazine published in Britain. It began life as Superstars of Wrestling before changing its name to Power Slam after 30 issues in 1994. It has always been edited by Fin Martin.

Stately Wayne Manor is a featured 'heel' (and only kafaybe) columnist, joining halfway through the Superstars of Wrestling period. His articles often spend much time insulting wrestlers (or the Power Slam readers who don't "get" what he's up to). He's also been hailed as "The World's Most Conceited Man" in supermarket tabloids three times.

The magazine is geared more to pro-wrestling than sports entertainment, covering promotions from all over the world (particularly Japanese puroresu), and has also on occasion covered MMA events such as the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

Every year the magazine presents the PS Top 50 (akin to the PWI 500) listing who the writers believe have been the best 50 wrestlers of the year based on workrate and performance, along with an annual reader's poll for various awards ('match of the year', etc).

Power Slam takes an impartial view on the wrestling world being non affiliated with any wrestling promotion or organisation, and is not afraid to criticise the promotions it covers.

Power Slam recently gained some competition with the launch of Fighting Spirit magazine on April 13, 2006. This new publication includes regular contributions from well known wrestling pundits such as Bill Apter and Scott Keith.
