Talk:Post-materialism
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This article needs: 1. A correct title entry: Is it Post-Materialism, post-materialism, Post-materialism, Postmaterialism or postmaterialsim (else?)?
2. A sound definition.
3. Outline the debate among social scientists, political scientists, ect. regarding whether or not postmaterialism is an actual trend.
4. Whatever else you know!
Note:
I learned this term in college in an environmental science class four years ago.
On the textbook there was a graph outlining the postmaterialistic trend in different countries.
I think postmaterialism has got to somehow be related to the wiki concept, as far as non-materialistic collaboration between individuals, so the term should definitely be here.
This is my first Wikipedia entry. Sorry for the mess. I need to figure out how to somehow put notes in an entry for other editors to collaborate with me.

My goodness! This is easy to edit!
Question: once the term is defined, how to I fix the header? That is, if the consensus spelling of the term is Post-materialism, how to I fix the page title?
Thanks, Giorgio —The preceding comment was added by 68.229.26.155 (talk • contribs) 12:33, March 26, 2004 (UTC)
Just use the Move This Page option which you should see on the toolbar or as a link somewhere on the article's page.
If you can't see a toolbar, it's probably because you haven't logged in. If you do you can get a Preferences screen which will allow you to specify a toolbar (which will have Move this page as an option). -- Derek Ross 12:43, March 26, 2004
