Portuguese Supreme Court of Justice (Portuguese: Supremo Tribunal de Justiça, pron. IPA: [su'pɾemu tɾibu'naɫ dɨ ʒuʃ'tisɐ]) is the highest court of law in Portugal and is without prejudice to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese Constitutional Court.

This court is comprised of:

  • Court of first instance - the district courts
  • Courts of law of second instance - the court of appeals

The President of the Supreme Court of Justice is elected amongst members of this court.
