Portomaso in St. Julian's, Malta, is a unique, waterfront residential development covering an area of 128,000 square metres (31 acres).

Besides the luxury apartments, other components of the development include the 5 star Hilton hotel, a beach club, a leisure and health center, an office tower, a conference center and a selection of shops and offices. The office tower is currently the highest high-rise building in Malta, at 98 meters (321 feet) high and possessing 28 floors.
