Portable.NET

Part of the DotGNU meta-project, Portable .NET is an open source initiative to build a suite of software that compiles and executes Common Language Runtime (CLI) applications. The project focuses on compatability with the ECMA-334 and ECMA-335 standards and support for .NET's base class libraries, XML, and Windows Forms. The last release of Portable .NET 0.7.4. is from January 15, 2006.
