Port Stephens Council is a Local Government Area (LGA) on Port Stephens in New South Wales, Australia on the Pacific Highway.
The largest town and council seat is Raymond Terrace. It also includes the towns of Nelson Bay, Anna Bay, Soldiers Point, Mallabula, Karuah, Medowie, Williamtown, Tomago, Woodville, Seaham, Salt Ash, Salamander Bay, Lemon Tree Passage and Brandy Hill
