Port Clarence is a census-designated place (CDP) in Nome Census Area, Alaska, United States. As of 2004, the population of the CDP is 43.

Port Clarence is located at GR1.
(65.265974, -166.852765)According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 94.4 km² (36.5 mi²). 91.8 km² (35.5 mi²) of it is land and 2.6 km² (1.0 mi²) of it (2.74%) is water.
