Helmuth Huebener, jüngstes Opfer des Volksgerichtshofes

{{GFDL}} (Image 2004 by Ulrich Sander, Biograf von Helmuth Huebener)

2004 must be wrong since Huebener died in 1942. GFDL can only be granted by the author of the image, hence it is pretty safely wrong here. If some sort of {{PD}} is not applicable, the image will probably have to be deleted. --AndreasPraefcke 14:47, 3 Jun 2005 (UTC)

I was under the impression that any German photo more than fifty years old had no copyright, since under German copyright law, such copyright protection only lasts 50 years. --Kelisi (en.wikipedia...)...and I was right. Have a look at this, and skip down to Article 72. There is no reason to think that this photo is anything but PD
