I propose that we make this category a subcategory of Category:Home_computers, as all of those conained herein (that I have noticed) fit the criteria specified within Home_computer. --User:tonsofpcs _(Talk) 06:47, 24 August 2005 (UTC)

Just because all of the computers that have so far been added to this category are home computers, it does not imply that all portable computers are home computers. Ae-a 05:24, 9 October 2005 (UTC)

Is it possible to add programmable calculators to this list? al though not pc- based, many of the programmable calculators, such as the HP, TI, Casio lines have extensive software libraries, games and even alternate operating systems , like meta kernel for the hp-48 series
