Ponta Delgada is a parish in the district of Santa Cruz das Flores in the Azores. The population in 2001 is 453, its density is 24.2/km² and the area is 18.72 km². It is located near Santa Cruz das Flores. The main industry are agriculture and fishing.

Ponta Delgada has a school, and a square (praça).
