[edit] Things in Pont-Farcy

Pont-Farcy has a very small population, leading to close links between its few residents. One of these is the Russian-born artist Timur D'Vatz, who is currently exhibiting in London, Hong Kong and New York. Pont-Farcy has a garage, a bar/newsagents, a hotel/restaurant/bar "Le Coq Hardi," a church, two graveyards and a large statue of Jesus on the cross. There is also a campsite along the banks of the River Vire, with an outdoor pursuits centre from where bikes and canoes can be hired. Pont Farcy was once a thriving River Port and a tow path starts here and stretches as far as the Normandy landing beaches.
