Pomeroy-Mason Bridge

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

This two-lane span once carried U.S. Highway 33. In 2003, it was renumbered to State Route 833 when U.S. Highway 33 was relocated along a new super-two highway to the Ravenswood Bridge. It is in the process of being replaced with a new two-lane cable-stayed bridge.

A recent rockslide on September 15, 2006 on the Ohio side almost damaged part of the construction tools need to work on the new bridge. Traffic was closed for a couple of hours.
