[edit] Needs major american bias fixing

This article should be renammed to "Police Stations in the united states of america". C'mon, stop the horrible bias, please.

Well, in the US I know of one substation that does not have a holding cell and one that does not have an interrogation room. When you consider that I only have that level of detail for 2 substations that's a rather high hit rate. This article really does need some expansion and review. Since substations are so varied they probably need a heading of their own and maybe some breakout by country for differences. Sherrifs are not the only departments that use a substation.
