Polyphant is a village situated 5 miles west of the town of Launceston in Cornwall, England, UK. It lies near the convergence of the River Inny and Peripont Water.

Polyphant is also the name of a grey green stone often used by sculptors (see, for example http://www.jm-sculptor.co.uk/).
