Polomolok is a 1st class municipality in the province of South Cotabato, Philippines. According to the 2000 census, it has a population of 110,709 people in 22,492 households.

Polomolok is derived from the B'laan word meaning "hunting grounds." B'laans are the natives of the place but today's population are mixed. Dole Philippines has its cannery operations here, and some of its pineapple plantations. Mount Matutum is a prominent geographical feature of Polomolok.
