Pollo Campero

Pollo Campero is a Guatemalean fried chicken restaurant chain.

Campero was first started in 1971 by a group of Guatemalean entrepreneurs. A franchising campaign started in 1994; since then, the chain since spread to countries throughout North America.

Campero has restaurants in Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and the United States. Campero has over 200 non-US locations and it has 18 company-owned U.S. stores.
