Polar shift

The Polar shift phenomina results from a change in a planet's center of gravity. Changes in gravity can occur through natural changes in sea level. The weight from ice caps moves to sea level which redistributes the gravitation force. Gravitational force changes move the planet's polar axis which has an effect on climate.
