1972 Polish stamp showing the Memorial to Polish Soldiers and German Anti-Fascists in Berlin. AFAIK, Polish postage stamps of this era are PD per {{PD-PolishGov}}, but if not, this is fair use per {{stamp}}, as it illustrates the stamp, which is discussed on the page regarding the monument.

According to the Polish Copyright Law Act of February 4, 1994, (Article 4, cases 4.1 and 4.2) the "governmental symbols, documents, materials and signs are not subject to copyrights". Hence it is assumed that this image has been released into the public domain. However, in some instances the use of this image in Poland might be regulated by other laws. |
