Point Cook is a suburb in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Its Local Government Area is the City of Wyndham.

It is also the location of RAAF Base Williams, Point Cook, the birthplace of the Royal Australian Air Force, and the current home of the RAAF Museum.

Point Cook is one of the big growth regions in Melbourne's western suburbs urban sprawl coming from the north and the east. Point Cook is famous for its coastal park with a famous homestead. It also contains a small township located where Aviation Road and Point Cook Road meet.

The RAAF base contains a museum for visitors, most of what is left are prohibited and restricted areas. The RAAF Willams Base contains a Horizon Tank, one of three in the world, it was used in the television series Moby Dick and Noah's Ark.

Point Cook was originally spelt Point Cooke, and named in 1836. Curiously, the geographical feature is still spelled as Point Cooke, despite almost all other references dropping the "e". In 1853 the pastoralist Thomas Chirnside added the farmlands of Point Cook to his holdings. He built the famous Point Cook Homestead of twenty-five rooms in 1857.
