Pofi is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Frosinone in the Italian region Lazio, located about 80 km southeast of Rome and about 9 km southeast of Frosinone. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 4,442 and an area of 30.7 km2.[1]
Pofi borders the following municipalities: Arnara, Castro dei Volsci, Ceccano, Ceprano, Ripi.
