Poem is an album by Canadian industrial/electronic music group Delerium in 2000 (see 2000 in music).

All songs written by Bill Leeb and all lyrics written by respective vocalists unless otherwise noted. There is also a European limited edition. It's the European Release with the US Track Listing. It was a mistake, only a few 1000 albums are published this way. You can recognize this albums if the CDs are pressed in The Netherlands, your cover is green instead of brown and you have the US Track Listing.
