Poeldijk (52°1′N 4°13′E) is a town in the Dutch province of South Holland. It is a part of the municipality of Westland, and lies about 8 km southwest of 's-Gravenhage.

In 2001, the town of Poeldijk had 4335 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 1.1 km², and contained 1752 residences.[1] The statistical area "Poeldijk", which also can include the peripheral parts of the village, as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 5080.[2]
