Poederoijen

Poederoijen (51°47′N 5°5′E) is a town in the Dutch province of Gelderland. It is a part of the municipality of Zaltbommel, and lies about 9 km southeast of Gorinchem.

In 2001, the town of Poederoijen had 398 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.083 km2, and contained 119 residences.[1] The statistical area "Poederoijen", which also can include the peripheral parts of the village, as well as the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 860.[2]
