[edit] The alumna kerfuffle

Well, it appears the information is now added back in. Calton, Aaron and the other anon (sorry, you should register for an account) all seem to be in agreement in this matter, and so as far as I'm concerned going forward you can revert any edits subverting that consensus as vandalism. · Katefan0(scribble) 17:14, 25 November 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Marching band

There seems to be a little revert war going on about the marching band here between a group of anonymous participants. Please don't just blank other folks' edits without any discussion. At least give a reason in the edit summary, but it would be better if you could discuss it here. Even better: get an account, log in and sign your posts with four tildes (~~~~) so we can figure out what's going on. Thanks. rodii 03:37, 14 December 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Marching Band

I deleted a somewhat opinionated portion of the Marching Band article. It seems as though it was added to raise questions, rather than present facts. While it did present both sides, it is not a much talked about issue any longer, since the Marching Band will remain conjoined, so it seemed unneccessary to the article. Feel free to give me your take if you have one. <>Refusetobesilenced 14:10, 8 February 2006 (UTC)

I added my section back, and I hope that you will let it reamain for ate least a little while, to see more opinions on it. I don't think it is causing any harm, so leaving it to see what people think shouldn't be a problem. User:Karl_707
It makes three unsubstantiated assertions about what "many" or "some" people say. I almost deleted it again, but decided to ask for sources. At this point, though, I would say it is not a worthwhile addition to the article. · rodii · 12:45, 14 April 2006 (UTC)
This article is not for "opinions", it is meerly for the presentation of facts. If you wish to get opinions on a topic, find an appropriate forum or message forum, not an encyclopedia. Refusetobesilenced<<
