Plymouth, Mississippi, was an early settlement in the U.S. state of Mississippi in present-day Lowndes County.
Plymouth was located at Tombigbee River. Today, the site is close to present-day Columbus and just west of John C. Stennis Lock and Dam on the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway.
