The Plymouth Brethren are a Christian Evangelical religious movement that began in Dublin, Ireland and England in the late 1820s.

The Brethren are divided into "Open Brethren" and "Exclusive Brethren", as well as an outshoot of the Exclusive Brethren called the "Closed Brethren".
