Plouay is a village and commune in the Morbihan département in Brittany, France, with approximately 5000 inhabitants.
Plouay is most noted for the GP Plouay, annual cycling race. It has also been the location of the World Championships Cycling in 2000. The Tour de France has visited this town three times: in 1998, 2002 and in 2006.
