Plein Air Magazine
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Plein Air Magazine was founded in mid 2004. The monthly magazine featured artists who painted "en plein air", a French term for painting on location. The publication was targeted to painters and collectors of plein air painting. In January 2006 the publication was renamed and refocused as Fine Art Connoisseur to broaden the content and focus on art collectors. It was founded by Streamline Publishing and published by B.Eric Rhoads.
