Pleasure & Pain is the fifth album from 112 that debuted at #4 on the charts. The album did not fair well like their first 3 efforts, the album did manage to spawn 1 hit single in 2005. The single You Already Know peaked at #32 on the hot 100, while the second single What If faired at #74. It was the first 112 album to get a Parental Advisory sticker.
