Playboy on Campus is a program under Playboy Enterprises' College Division. Its purpose is to spread the lifestyle of Playboy on campuses across North America using college students as representatives. The program is the resurrection of Playboy's "Man On Campus" program which was active during the 60's and 70's. The Playboy on Campus program otherwise known as the "POC" was founded in 1998 with only 15 members or representatives. Today there are nearly 300 members representing over 200 colleges. Playboy On Campus Representatives participate in various joint marketing and promotions with other companies including Sony and Hot Topic. It also the job of the Representatives to be the eyes and ears of Playboy by reporting on current trends and topics at their respective colleges. Many regularly contribute to Playboy.com.
