After seeing a program about breast implants, the boys decide to make their "thingies" bigger. They go to a nose doctor's office to find out about the procedure. The doctor is told about what they want, and actually believes that they want their noses bigger because of their vague terminology. They then undergo the operation, still believing that they got penis enlargement instead of nose enlargement (although they have bandages on their noses).

Beavis and Butt-head: Yes! Go for it!

Beavis: (looking at chest) Mine are big enough already. (quoting show) "It's not worth the risk."
