Plantsville, Connecticut

Plantsville is a village in the incorporated town of Southington, Hartford County, Connecticut. Plantsville is home to many people, and has three schools located in there: Plantsville School, Strong Elementary School, and John F. Kennedy Middle School. The downtown part of Plantsville contains a firehouse, Kry's Pizza, Dunkin Donuts, a church, numerous stores, and antique stores, and a Bank. One of these stores is Plantsville's sole drug store, the family owned 'Potrepka's Plantsville Pharmacy'. Plantsville also contains Mount Southington Ski Area, which features 8 lifts and 14 trails. Brunswick Bowling alley is also located in Plantsville, as well as a walking path stretching through Southington, built over the tracks of an old railway. ľŤ== Geography == Plantsville is located at geographical coordinates 41° 35′ 2" North, 72° 53′ 33" West (41.584, -72.892448).
