Planet Skwirl was a community cable access show on Cogeco Cable in North Bay, Ontario, Canada. On the air from 1995 to 2002, Planet Skwirl was reported to be the "second most watched show after Bingo." Derek Forgie served as as host, producer, writer, talent coordinator, actor, cameraperson, director, co-sponsor, editor, and choreographer of Planet Skwirl for all six years of its existence.
