Planck angular frequency

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Planck angular frequency is the unit of angular frequency, denoted by ωP, in the system of natural units known as Planck units.

w_p = \frac{1}{t_p} = \sqrt{\frac{c^5}{\hbar G}} \approx 1.85487 × 1043 s-1

where

c is the speed of light in a vacuum

\hbar is the reduced Planck's constant

G is the gravitational constant
