The Plain City Public Library serves the community of Plain City, Ohio, located in Madison County, Ohio, west of Franklin County and the Columbus metropolitan area.

In 2005, the library loaned more than 152,000 items to its 9,000 cardholders. Total holding are over 64,000 volumes with over 125 periodical subscriptions.[1]
