Plagne is a village of the canton of Bern in Switzerland. It is located in the district of Courtelary, in an area called the Bernese Jura (Jura Bernois in French), which sits between the Canton of Jura and the German-speaking part of the Canton of Bern. The people of this commune speak French, although the canton of Bern is mostly German-speaking.
