Pittsburg, Illinois is a town in Fayette County, Illinois, it should not be confused with the larger Pittsburg, Illinois (Williamson County). It has a Latitude of 38.87139 and a Longitude of -89.21167 and an elevation of 529 feet. It was named after the industrial heritage of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
