Phillippa Haywood (born June 22, 1955 in London) is an English actress, famous for playing the much-put-upon Helen Brittas in the BBC Television comedy series The Brittas Empire.
She also played the hot-tempered, sex-mad HR boss Joanna Clore in Green Wing (for which she took "best comedy female performance" at the 2005 Rose d'Or television festival in Lucerne, Switzerland).
With the exception of an episode of Boon, where she was credited as 'Phillipa Haywood', and an episode of She-Wolf of London, where the credit was given as 'Philippa Haywood', she has always been credited on screen as 'Pippa Haywood'. Best known for her comedy roles, she has also done some straight acting roles in her career.
She has appeared in Brush Strokes, The Bill(4 episodes), Capital City, Goodnight Sweetheart, the 1997 series of Grown Ups (not the current BBC3 series), and Office Gossip.
She has also had a recurring occasional role as ACC Rebecca Fenning in Dalziel and Pascoe.
