Pieve Fosciana is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lucca in the Italian region Tuscany, located about 80 km northwest of Florence and about 30 km north of Lucca. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,359 and an area of 28.8 km2.[1]
Pieve Fosciana borders the following municipalities: Camporgiano, Castelnuovo di Garfagnana, Castiglione di Garfagnana, Fosciandora, Pievepelago, San Romano in Garfagnana, Villa Collemandina.
