Pietro Caucchioli

Pietro Caucchioli (born 28 August 1975) is an Italian professional road racing cyclist. Caucchioli rides for Crédit Agricole cycling team on the UCI ProTour. He is considered the leader of Credit Agricole. He is a fine climber and wore #111 as leader of Credit Agricole at this year's Tour de France. In 2005, he finished 3rd on stage 15 to the summit of Pla D'Adet.

His two stage wins at the 2001 Giro d'Italia and a podium finish (3rd place) at the 2002 Giro are his finest career accomplishments.
