I am from Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India; I am a 48 years old, software guy with strong interests in training and mentoring. I am a Linux user favoring the Debian distribution. Recently I acquired a Mac PowerBook G4. I am a strong proponent of open source software. My interests include Python programming language, Chess, Bridge, Crosswords.

I am also greatly interested in Tamil language and Tamil literature. I am the editor of a Tamil magazine printed and published in the US - thenRal.
