Picturesque Matchstickable Messages from the Status Quo is a 1968 album by the British rock group Status Quo. In 1998, Castle Records re-released the album with additional tracks. The album covers a number of songs, including "Green Tambourine" by the Lemon Pipers and others by Tommy Roe and the Bee Gees. The lead single, "Pictures of Matchstick Men," remains the band's only major hit in the United States.
