[edit] Summary

A sign for Pichincha St. in Rosario, Argentina. Pichincha was the original name of this street and the neighbourhood (barrio). The street was renamed to Ricchieri St. after Pablo Ricchieri, a Minister of War, but the name was restored in the 2000s as the barrio was restored with a retro look.

This picture was taken by Pablo D. Flores on 11 March 2006.
