Pi Chen (February 2, 1942- July 3, 2003) was a Karate master from Okinawa, Japan.

Very few masters ever reach the highest rank of jo dan (tenth degree), however Chen managed this feat in 1992 at the age of 50. He is well known for taking on and nurturing many controversial students, and is particularly known for encouraging female participation in Karate.
