The Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner Badge is a military badge of the United States Coast Guard that is authorized for wear by enlisted medical personnel who have qualified as medical technicians and nurse practitioner. The decoration is similar to the Air Force Enlisted Medical Pin.

The Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner Badge is worn above awards and decorations on the left breast of a military uniform. It is authorized for permanent wear for the duration of a service member’s military career.
