Phua Lay Peng Denise

Phua Lay Peng Denise (b. 9 December 1959) is a Singaporean Member of Parliament for Jalan Besar GRC.
Phua first became an MP in 2006 after the 2006 general election, where she was part of a team of five candidates fielded by the PAP to contest Jalan Besar GRC. The PAP defeated the Singapore Democratic Alliance with 69.26% of the votes for this GRC.
Phua is also a full-time volunteer at the Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) as well as Pathlight School.
