Is the information about the alleged complaint to the Wikimedia Foundation available for users to review, to make sure "legal claims" aren't made up willy-nilly to affect Wikipedia articles in a detrimental fashion?

An original copy of the story about the Methlabs.org hijacking from Slyck, naming William Erwin as the Cerberius who was behind the trouble at Methlabs is available here.
