Phivos

Phivos is a surname or an epithet of the Greek god Apollo (Απόλλων) meaning "bright", "shining", since Apollo was the God of the Sun and Light. The name - in greek Φοίβος - has common roots with the word "φάος > φως", meaning "the light". It is a relatively common personal name in Greece and Cyprus.
