Philippe Miguet

Philippe Miguet (born 1958) is a traditionalist Catholic bishop from Verneuil-sur-Avre, France. He was ordained priest by Jean Laborie and (sub conditione) ordained a priest and (sub conditione) consecrated a bishop on December 2, 1987 by George Musey. Apparently he had already been consecrated a bishop on April 5, 1986 by Pierre Salle.
