Philip Wroughton

Philip L. Wroughton (b. 19??) of Woolley Park in Chaddleworth, Berkshire worked in the City of London, eventually becoming Vice-Chairman of one of the world's largest insurance and investment management businesses, Marsh & McLennan Companies of New York.

In 1995, he was appointed Lord Lieutenant of Berkshire.
